What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where everyone you want embroidered is easy to see. Faces looking toward the camera, without heavy filters, give the most recognizable result. Phone photos are perfect.
Can I see my design before it’s stitched?
Yes. We prepare your embroidery design from your photo and send a preview for your approval before stitching begins.
Is it printed or embroidered?
Embroidered. Your design is stitched into the garment with thread, so it has real texture and depth.
How many people can be in one design?
It depends on the style you choose. Each product page shows what the design can include. If you’re unsure, send us your photo and we’ll advise.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide on each product page. Kids’ styles are sized for children and have their own chart.
How should I wash it?
Turn it inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle and avoid ironing directly on the embroidery.
