Delivery Time
Every embrohug piece is made just for you, so your delivery time has two parts: the time it takes us to make your order, and the time it takes to reach your door.
1. Production time: 3–7 days
After you place your order, we prepare the embroidery design using the personalization details you selected on the product page. For photo-based designs, we adapt your family, child, or couple photo for embroidery; other designs use your chosen text, names, or year. Your piece is then embroidered, checked and packed. Most orders are ready in 3–7 days, depending on the design and the personalization required.
Tip: Please double-check your size and all personalization details, including photos, names and years where applicable, before checking out. Once production starts we can't make changes, and correct details help us ship faster.
2. Shipping time
Shipping time starts once your order leaves us:
